About Interpiction

Interpiction is a tool for creating and playing interactive fiction.

It was designed by Kingsley White, and implemented by Ian White using Ruby on Rails.

We tried a few different tools for creating interactive fiction, but none of them were quite right.

We wanted something that was:

Easy to use when creating/editing the story
Simple to understand (our stories are made of pages, which can have links to other pages, each "choice" is just a link to another page - using the title of the page as the text of the link)
Easy to play on a mobile device
